Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order. ✅ (Updated from 7 days)

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests. ✅ (New point added)

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Process

• Email your return request to returns@tarinibyankita.com with your order ID and reason.

• Once approved, we will guide you on return pickup or shipping instructions.

• On receipt and inspection, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Method

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

• Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
